Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer
- 100 gm Khoya
- 4 piece Onion (medium)
- 4 piece Tomato (medium)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- Chilly (chilly)
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander Powder (dhaniyapowder)
- Garam Masala (punjabi)
- Cheese (grated)
- 1 bowl Milk
- 4 bowl Refined flour (for naan )
- Warm Water
- Oil
- Soda1/2Spoon (soda1/2spoon)
- 1-2 tsp Salt ( or as per taste)
- Baking Powder1/2Spoon (baking powder1/2spoon)

Instructions
- First make dough for Naan with Maida and adding oil, salt, soda and baking powder in warm water. Like paratha and keep in a side. After 4/5hours make Naan in tandoori or on iron Tawa with handle stick with water one side and turn tawa on flame.
- For khoya paneer boil tomatoes open when it cool peel skin and grind in mixie and sieve it and keep in side
- Take oil in a pan saute onion pieces until it turned light pink. When it cool crush in mixie.
- Now in a pan take oil saute onion, tomato pulp proper add smash khoya in it and saute proper add salt, chilly, dhaniya, haldi and garam Masala and milk saute proper until oil or butter comes on pans edges. Add saluted paneer cubes. (on tawa)
- Add grated cheese 2/3mix proper and serve hot with butter Naan. Readyy
