Chuhara is a very beneficial fruit. It is beneficial in low blood pressure, reduces calcium & if the amount of blood in the body is decreasing then it helps in increasing blood. Consumption of Chuhara by soaking it in milk enhances its benefits and helps to increase the strength of the lungs, which are beneficial for respiratory diseases. The way we make almond pudding, we can also prepare Chuhara pudding which is quite nutritious and tasty. It is not very difficult to make it. honey can be used instead of sugar in it, it is very healthy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Dry dates Chuhara
- 250 gm Milk
- 2 tbsp Almonds chopped
- 2 tbsp Pistachio chopped
- 2 tbsp Chestnuts
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Clarified butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon Clarified Butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder hari ilaichi powder
- Rose petal gulab patti for garnish
- Nuts for garnish

Instructions
- Soak the Chuhara in 250 grams milk for 8 to 10 hours. keep out them, keep the remaining milk aside.
- Now remove the seeds and coarsely grind into mixer grinder.
- Heat 1 tsp ghee and fry cashew nuts keep aside.
- Heat ghee in the same pan or kadhai add grinned chuhara till it becomes light golden, Keep stirring continuously. Add remaining milk and mix well, Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts, honey and cardamom powder mix well.
- Cook for two three minutes more and switch off the gas. Garnish with nuts and Rose petals serve hot or chill.
