Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina fine sooji
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 cup Water
- 1 pinch Food Color yellow
- 1 tablespoon Cashew chopped
- 1 tablespoon Almond chopped

Instructions
- Roast sooji in 1 tbsp of ghee
- In a separate pan add sugar and water along with food color. Cook on low flame till sugar dissolves.
- Now add the mixture to the roasted sooji in pan and cook till it absorbs sugar solution.
- Garnish with dry fruits and serve
