  • 1 cup Semolina fine sooji
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Food Color yellow
  • 1 tbsp cashews chopped
  • 1 tbsp Almonds chopped


  • Roast sooji in 1 tbsp of ghee
  • In a separate pan add sugar and water along with food color. Cook on low flame till sugar dissolves.
  • Now add the mixture to the roasted sooji in pan and cook till it absorbs sugar solution.
  • Garnish with dry fruits and serve
