Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tapioca Pearl sabudana
  • 1 Potato medium sized, boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts roasted, roughly crushed
  • 5-6 Curry leaves
  • Green Coriander Leaves to garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon Salt or as pers taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Whole jeera

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the sabudana for about 6 hours. The water level for soaking should be just a half inch above the sabudana.
  • In a non stick pan, heat up 1 tablespoon oil. Add in the jeera and curry leaves and let splutter.
  • Add in the chopped boiled potato pieces. Let them roast for a couple of minutes.Add all seasonings and crushed peanuts.
  • Put in the sabudana.Mix well. Cover and let cook with a lid on for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot.
