Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana
- 1 medium sized potato boiled
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts roughly crushed
- 5-6 curry leaves
- Green Coriander Leaves to garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon haldi
- 1 teaspoon whole jeera

Instructions
- Wash and soak the sabudana for about 6 hours. The water level for soaking should be just a half inch above the sabudana.
- In a non stick pan, heat up 1 tablespoon oil. Add in the jeera and curry leaves and let splutter. Add in the chopped boiled potato pieces. Let them roast for a couple of minutes. Add all seasonings and crushed peanuts.
- Put in the sabudana.Mix well. Cover and let cook with a lid on for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot.

I made it today itself. Definitely it’s a healthy breakfast as the ground nuts are rich in protein.
