roasted, roughly crushed

Whole jeera
Instructions
Wash and soak the sabudana for about 6 hours. The water level for soaking should be just a half inch above the sabudana.
In a non stick pan, heat up 1 tablespoon oil. Add in the jeera and curry leaves and let splutter.
Add in the chopped boiled potato pieces. Let them
roast
for a couple of minutes.Add all seasonings and crushed peanuts.
Put in the sabudana.Mix well. Cover and let cook with a lid on for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot.
