  • 2 cup refine flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup besan
  • 50 gms chilled butter
  • 1 gms backing powder
  • Salt
  • Water as required
  • 500 gms sweet potato
  • 100 gms sugar
  • 100 gms milk powder
  • 100 gms chopped almond
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • Make a dough with refine flour, semolina, began, chilled butter, backing powder and chilled water.
  • Keep aside the dough for an hour in freeze. Then spread the dough and cut into strips.
  • Take aluminum cone and grease with butter and wrap with strips and toast in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
  • After backing pull out the cone keep aside.
  • Now get ready for filling. Mash potato with 50 gms refine flour
  • Add ghee in a heated frying pan add mashed potatoes. Stir till non sticky. Then add vanilla essence and chopped almond.
  • Let it cool and fill the cone with cooked sweet potato and cover open area with melted chocolate.
