Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca Pearl sabudana
- 1 Potato medium sized, boiled
- 1 tablespoon Peanuts roasted, roughly crushed
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- Coriander to garnish
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as pers taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Whole jeera

Instructions
- Wash and soak the sabudana for about 6 hours. The water level for soaking should be just a half inch above the sabudana.
- In a non stick pan, heat up 1 tablespoon oil. Add in the jeera and curry leaves and let splutter.
- Add in the chopped boiled potato pieces. Let them roast for a couple of minutes.Add all seasonings and crushed peanuts.
- Put in the sabudana.Mix well. Cover and let cook with a lid on for 5 minutes. Garnish and serve hot.
