Healthy aloo chaat I added green veggies, green peas, coriander chutney and moringa masala. Coriander chutney made by green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, coriander leaves, black salt and lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl mashed potato
- 1/4 cup Green Peas
- 1/4 cup Soya chunk
- 1/4 cup Green Coriander chutney
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Green Chillies
For Garnishing
- 1/2 cup Namkeen
- 1 tsp Moringa Masala
- 1 tsp Oil or as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Mash boiled potatoes and keep separate. Boil soya chunk and green peas. Strain the water and make it dry.
- Now add coriander chutney, salt and garam masala. Mix evenly and make a green dough.
- Fill in mashed potatoes and give round shape. Then shallow fry and serve hung curd, tomato chutney, namkeen and moringa masala.
