Vegetable oats khichdi is another healthy oats recipe made from vegetables, oats and mild spices. This khichdi is little different from the masala dal khichdi or moong dal khichdi which we make at home normally. But taste wise, both are equally delicious and nutritious. It can be prepared quickly and with minimum efforts and ideal for those who have to fix a quick meal. You can make this khichdi even without adding spices, but here I have added little garam masala to make it more delicious and tasty. But you can skip adding it. Oats khichdi is very light on stomach and helps to soothe an upset stomach. It is healthy too because of all the vegetables added to it.
