About this Recipe

As we know pickles gives extra taste to have our food. Some people without any curry they finished their meals with pickles. Also can carry on journey. Easy way to serve with puri , paratha etc. These red chilli good for stuffing. It looks hot but once remove the seeds it becomes calm.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 kg red chilli big sized
  • 50 gms coriander seeds
  • 25 gms cumin seeds
  • 25 gms onion seeds
  • 50 gms fennel seeds
  • 25 gms fenugreek seeds
  • 10 gms ajowan caraway
  • 25 gms white mustered seeds
  • 25 gms black mustered seeds
  • 25 gms randhuni seeds
  • 1 gm asafoetida
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp acidic acid
  • 1/2 tsp sodium benzoid
  • 1 kg mustered oil
  • 25 gms mango powder
  • 25 gms turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

How to cook?
  1. Wash and soaked with a clean maslin cloth. Remove the stem and seeds.
  2. Red Chilli Pickles
  3. Roasted all spice separately..
  4. Red Chilli Pickles
  5. Grind all spice separately except onion seeds.
  6. Red Chilli Pickles
  7. Mix well all spice. suga.r salt. Preservative and oil.

  9. Heat oil and cool.
  10. Red Chilli Pickles
  11. Fill the mixed spices into the red chilli. Press with thumb and index finger.

  13. Keep in a glass jar dipped in oil..Close the lid for two weeks.

  15. After two weeks eating with methi paratha.

Notes

Seeds should be removed before stuffing.
