- 250 gms ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ cup roasted five spice masala
- 100 gms mustard powder
- 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup fruits vinegar
- ½ cup mustard oil

- Wash and cut the ginger into one inches long dry in open air.
- Take a mixing bowl add dehydrated ginger, five spice masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, mustard powder, salt, vinegar and mustard oil.
- Mix all ingredients evenly then keep in a glass jar tight the lid. Start eating after a week.
