- 500 gm Fish should be bone less
- 50 gm red chili powder
- 50 gm Fenugreek Seeds
- 100 gm Seeds coriander powder 100 ,gsm mustered
- cup Vinegar one
- to Salt iodine
- Oil acidic acid two tsp as required

Instructions
- Fish should be bone less try to pieces same size. Marinate with vinegar and salt for one hour.
- Make a smooth paste with vinegar oil mustered seeds fenugreek seeds mustered seeds and salt
- Sauteed fish in refined oil. Let it cool. Then add paste red chilli powder sugar one tsp acidic mix well gently with fish.
- Keep in a clear glass vessel add oil as required. Tight the lid for a week.
- Should be in freeze and kept six months or more.
