Ingredients
  

  • Fish 500 gms should be bone less
  • Red chilli powder 50 gms
  • Fenugreek seeds 50gms
  • Mustered seeds 100 gms coriander powder 100 ,gsm
  • Vinegar one cup
  • Iodine salt to taste
  • Oil as required acidic acid two tsp

Instructions
 

  • Fish should be bone less try to pieces same size. Marinate with vinegar and salt for one hour.
  • Make a smooth paste with vinegar oil mustered seeds fenugreek seeds mustered seeds and salt
  • Sauteed fish in refined oil. Let it cool. Then add paste red chilli powder sugar one tsp acidic mix well gently with fish.
  • Keep in a clear glass vessel add oil as required. Tight the lid for a week.
  • Should be in freeze and kept six months or more.
