  • 500 gm Fish should be bone less
  • 50 gm red chili powder
  • 50 gm Fenugreek Seeds
  • 100 gm Seeds coriander powder 100 ,gsm mustered
  • cup Vinegar one
  • to Salt iodine
  • Oil acidic acid two tsp as required

  • Fish should be bone less try to pieces same size. Marinate with vinegar and salt for one hour.
  • Make a smooth paste with vinegar oil mustered seeds fenugreek seeds mustered seeds and salt
  • Sauteed fish in refined oil. Let it cool. Then add paste red chilli powder sugar one tsp acidic mix well gently with fish.
  • Keep in a clear glass vessel add oil as required. Tight the lid for a week.
  • Should be in freeze and kept six months or more.
