Summer means lots of fruit juice, icecream, kulfi, etc, people search for these recipes. Now in this season mango is easily available in the market. I am going to make mango kulfi.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp mango pulp
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp grated nuts
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan add bay leaves to give a natural flavour in milk. Stir constantly it should not stuck bottom.

  • After 10 minutes milk will reduce. Make a paste with 1 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp normal milk. Slowly add the paste into the cooked milk. Put off the flame. Get ready with mango pulp.

  • When prepared milk get normal temperature add condensed milk, mango pulp, green cardamom powder and grated nuts. Mix all together.

  • Set in a container. Keep in a freezer for 6- 7 hours. Then cut and serve.

Notes

No need to add any sugar, because condensed milk and ripe mango have enough sweetness.
