Ingredients
- 1/2 ltr Milk
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Mango Pulp
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Nuts grated
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 leaves Bay Leaves bay

Instructions
- Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan add bay leaves to give a natural flavour in milk. Stir constantly it should not stuck bottom.
- After 10 minutes milk will reduce. Make a paste with 1 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp normal milk. Slowly add the paste into the cooked milk. Put off the flame. Get ready with mango pulp.
- When prepared milk get normal temperature add condensed milk, mango pulp, green cardamom powder and grated nuts. Mix all together.
- Set in a container. Keep in a freezer for 6- 7 hours. Then cut and serve.
Recipe Notes
No need to add any sugar, because condensed milk and ripe mango have enough sweetness.
