    paneer stuffed gram flour balls,fried and served as snacks.Can be served as koftas when served with gravy.

    Ingredients
      

    • For covering -1cupbesan 1cup water
    • 1/2 tspsalt
    • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
    • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 tbsp kasoori methi
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 cup Paneer Cottage cheese mashed with salt and blackpepper
    • 2 tsp corn flour
    • Oil to deep fry
    • 2 tsp grated paneer
    • Red chilli flakes dry pudina powder,salad and mixed sauces to serve .

    Instructions
     

    • For covering: Add 1 cup of water and the remaining ingredients mix well. Heat a pan and cook till all water evaporates and till cooked or set.
    • Cool and make mixture smooth like dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Place 1 spoonful paneer stuffing in the center.
    • Now, make a ball by joining all the edges and give a good shape of round ball gently. Make sure, the balls are firm and remain intact. Prepare more such balls .
    • Coat in dry corn flour. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.Garnish with grated paneer .Serve with Red chili flakes, dry pudina powder, salad and mixed sauces.
