Yield / Serves
For covering -1cupbesan ,1cup water
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2tbsps kasoori methi
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1 cup Paneer (Cottage cheese) mashed with salt and blackpepper
2tsp corn flour
Oil to deep fry
2tsp grated paneer
Red chilli flakes,dry pudina powder,salad and mixed sauces to serve .
- For covering -Add 1 cup of water and the remaining ingredients mix well. Heat a pan and cook till all water evaporates and till cooked or set.
Cool and make mixture smooth like dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Place 1 spoonful paneer stuffing in the center.
Now, make a ball by joining all the edges and give a good shape of round ball gently. Make sure, the balls are firm and remain intact. Prepare more such balls .
Coat in dry corn flour. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.Garnish with grated paneer .Serve with Red chili flakes, dry pudina powder, salad and mixed sauces.
