Ingredients
For covering
- 1 cup besan 1cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon kasoori methi
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup paneer Cottage cheese mashed with salt and blackpepper
- 2 teaspoon corn flour
- Oil to deep fry
- 2 teaspoon paneer grated
- Red chilli flakes dry pudina powder, salad and mixed sauces to serve

Instructions
- For covering: Add 1 cup of water and the remaining ingredients mix well. Heat a pan and cook till all water evaporates and till cooked or set.
- Cool and make mixture smooth like dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Place 1 spoonful paneer stuffing in the center.
- Now, make a ball by joining all the edges and give a good shape of round ball gently. Make sure, the balls are firm and remain intact. Prepare more such balls .
- Coat in dry corn flour. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.Garnish with grated paneer .Serve with Red chili flakes, dry pudina powder, salad and mixed sauces.
