Gooseberry is a small sizes vegetables which is sour in taste. It has vitamin C. Very good for health, stomach, skin and hair. We should try recipe is the suitable season. Here I am going share with you gooseberry pickle.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm gooseberry
  • 5 tbsp five spices masala
  • 5 tbsp mustard oil
  • 5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp crushed black corn
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp synthetic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Now add five spices masala, salt, crushed black corn and mustard oil. Mix well together.

  • Pour into the pickle jar.

Notes

Five spices masala:
2 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp roasted coriander seeds
2 tbsp roasted fennel seeds
1 tbsp roasted fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp roasted onion seeds
Except onion seeds others coarsely ground
