Ingredients
- 500 gm Gooseberry
- 5 tbsp Five Spices Masala
- 5 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Black Corn crushed
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vinegar synthetic

Instructions
- Now add five spices masala, salt, crushed black corn and mustard oil. Mix well together.
- Pour into the pickle jar.
- After a week it becomes ready to eat.
Recipe Notes
Five spices masala:
2 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp roasted coriander seeds
2 tbsp roasted fennel seeds
1 tbsp roasted fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp roasted onion seeds
Except onion seeds others coarsely ground
