Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm whole green moong daal
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • For Stuffing-;100 gm grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • GRIND OVERNIGHT SOAKED WHOLE GREEN MOONG DAL WITH GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI..
  • AFTER GRINDING, ADD SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER AND RICE POWDER.
  • MIX PROPERLY AND ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER.
  • GREASE THE PAN AND WITH THE HELP OF A BIG SPOON SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY.
  • SPREAD GRATED PANEER, CHOPPED CHILLY AND CORIANDER AND SALT MIXTURE ON IT.

Notes

You can also add onion and garlic.
