250 gm whole green moong daal
1/2 cup rice flour
2 green chilli
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
For Stuffing-;100 gm grated paneer
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 chopped green chilly
Salt to taste
GRIND OVERNIGHT SOAKED WHOLE GREEN MOONG DAL WITH GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI..
AFTER GRINDING, ADD SALT, RED CHILLY POWDER AND RICE POWDER.
MIX PROPERLY AND ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER.
GREASE THE PAN AND WITH THE HELP OF A BIG SPOON SPREAD THE BATTER EVENLY.
SPREAD GRATED PANEER, CHOPPED CHILLY AND CORIANDER AND SALT MIXTURE ON IT.
You can also add onion and garlic.
