This is a very healthy version of the dosa, made with green moong dal. A delicious delicacy from Hyderabad, especially served for breakfast with variety of chutneys.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Green Moong Dal
- Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Oil
- Toppings
- 3 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Onion chopped

Instructions
- Soak the dal overnight in water, strain and make a paste of everything except the rice flour and oil.
- Mix the rice flour to the above ground paste.
- Heat a tawa, grease it with little oil. Pour a ladle of the batter, spread like a dosa.
- Sprinkle the toppings and drizzle some oil on the sides. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
