Panneer Grapes & Sarsaparilla Summer Cooler

Panneer grapes are very popular in Tamilnadu during summer. It is high in vitamins, minerals and is a very good natural summer cooler. This juice is further fortified with sarsaparilla(Nannari) syrup and palm sugar to refresh the body and protect from scorching heat.

  • 2 cup panneer grapes cleaned and washed properly
  • 1 tsp palm sugar
  • 2 tsp sarsaparilla syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cups water


  • Blend grapes along with water, salt and palm sugar.
  • Filter the juice.
  • Mix sarsaparilla syrup and transfer to a serving glass and serve immediately.
