Ingredients
For outer layer
- 2 cups besan
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds roasted and crushed
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt

Instructions
- Take a bowl. Add besan, ajwain, chilli pwdr, dhania crushed, turmeric pwdr and salt. Add water as required and knead a semi soft dough. Keep it aside.
- Take another bowl. Add crushed paneer, chopped onuon, capsicum, carrot, chillies, coriender lvs and mint lvs. Also add black pepper pwdr and salt. Mix them well.
- Now take a wokand add oil. Heat it on medium flame.
- Meanwhile make small equal size balls of the dough. Take a ball and press it on ur Palm to make it flat.
- Put some paneer mixture in it and close it from all the sides carefully. Make it round with the help of ur palms carefully. Make all the balls likewise.
- Now deep fry them in short batches on low to medium heat till they becomes in nice golden color from both the sides.
- Remove from oil and soak extra oil on tissue paper. Cut into half. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
Notes
- Don’t fry it on high heat. Keep it low to medium only.
