Ingredients
  

For outer layer

  • 2 cups besan
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds roasted and crushed
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt

For stuffing

  • 150 gm paneer
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 2-3 carrots finely chopped
  • 2 green chili chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt as per taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl. Add besan, ajwain, chilli pwdr, dhania crushed, turmeric pwdr and salt. Add water as required and knead a semi soft dough. Keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl. Add crushed paneer, chopped onuon, capsicum, carrot, chillies, coriender lvs and mint lvs. Also add black pepper pwdr and salt. Mix them well.
  • Now take a wokand add oil. Heat it on medium flame.
  • Meanwhile make small equal size balls of the dough. Take a ball and press it on ur Palm to make it flat.
  • Put some paneer mixture in it and close it from all the sides carefully. Make it round with the help of ur palms carefully. Make all the balls likewise.
  • Now deep fry them in short batches on low to medium heat till they becomes in nice golden color from both the sides.
  • Remove from oil and soak extra oil on tissue paper. Cut into half. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.

Notes

  • Don’t fry it on high heat. Keep it low to medium only.
