  • 1 tsp flaxseed ground
  • 1/2 tsp dark chocolate grated
  • 1 cup water hot

  • Put 1 teaspoon coffee in a cup and add hot water.
  • Stir well and add the ground flaxseed.
  • Stir well and top it off with grated dark chocolate.
