Take a bowl. Add besan, ajwain, chilli pwdr, dhania crushed, turmeric pwdr and salt. Add water as required and knead a semi soft dough. Keep it aside.
Take another bowl. Add crushed paneer, chopped onuon, capsicum, carrot, chillies, coriender lvs and mint lvs. Also add black pepper pwdr and salt. Mix them well.
Now take a wokand add oil. Heat it on medium flame.
Meanwhile make small equal size balls of the dough. Take a ball and press it on ur Palm to make it flat.
Put some paneer mixture in it and close it from all the sides carefully. Make it round with the help of ur palms carefully. Make all the balls likewise.
Now deep fry them in short batches on low to medium heat till they becomes in nice golden color from both the sides.
Remove from oil and soak extra oil on tissue paper. Cut into half. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
Notes
Don’t fry it on high heat. Keep it low to medium only.
