Paneer Burger

Paneer burgers are very easy and simple to make. They go best as evening snacks. Paneer burgers go well with Irish coffee.

  • Burger bread - 2 piece
  • Mashed potato - 1 cup
  • Paneer - as required
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly - I chopped
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
  • Mayonise - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 4 slices
  • Mango powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Cumin taste - 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Desi ghee - 1tbsp


  • Take one cup of mashed potatoes and add ginger- garlic paste, chilly, coariander, mango powder, cumin seeds, salt, chat masala, Desi ghee and mix it well.
  • Make 2 round shaped Patty of the mixture.
  • Deep Fry them in a pan.
  • Take long pieces of paneer and bake it with little amount of ghee.
  • Keep Pattys and baked paneer aside for a while.
  • Now, bake the buns separately.
  • Spread a layer of mayo inside the buns efficiently.
  • Place the Patty and baked paneer in each of the buns. Also add some onion rings.
  • Present both the burgers nicely on a plate and serve them with coke or Irish coffee.
