Paneer burgers are very easy and simple to make. They go best as evening snacks. Paneer burgers go well with Irish coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Bread burger
- 1 cup Mashed Potato
- Paneer as required
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- Chilly - I chopped chilly i
- 1 tbsp Ginger And Garlic Paste
- 1 lime Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp juice
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 3 tbsp Mayonise - 3 Tbsp mayonise
- 4 slice Onion
- 1 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Cumin taste
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Take one cup of mashed potatoes and add ginger- garlic paste, chilly, coariander, mango powder, cumin seeds, salt, chat masala, Desi ghee and mix it well.
- Make 2 round shaped Patty of the mixture.
- Deep Fry them in a pan.
- Take long pieces of paneer and bake it with little amount of ghee.
- Keep Pattys and baked paneer aside for a while.
- Now, bake the buns separately.
- Spread a layer of mayo inside the buns efficiently.
- Place the Patty and baked paneer in each of the buns. Also add some onion rings.
- Present both the burgers nicely on a plate and serve them with coke or Irish coffee.
