Desi burger is perfect for kids lunch n dinner .it’s easy, quick n healthy recipe
Yield / Serves
1cup wheat flour
1tsp black pepper
1tbsp tomato sauce
Oil for frying
Take a pan add 2cup water let it heat now add chopped Potato n let it heat for 8min.keep aside
Now add potato,corn flour,salt, black pepper mix well n make tikki n deep fry in hot oil.
Now in bowl add wheat flour ,1tbsp oil n salt mix well now add water n make soft dough.
Now take small portion from dough n roll like chapati n cook it for both sides with oil.
Now spread ketchup ,cheese slices n tikki n put cucumber and tomato .
Now cover with another chapati . serve hot
If u want u can make chapati with plain flour
