  • Chicken or patties for patties
  • 1/2 tbsp Curry Paste or chicken indian chicken
  • Chicken minced- 300 gm.
  • Bread Crumbs fine- 45 gm. dried
  • Onion finely chopped- 01 no.
  • Eggs lightly beaten- 01 no.
  • Coriander finely chopped- 01 tbsp. fresh
  • 01 tsp Black Peppercorns freshly ground
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • For Shallow Frying: for shallow frying
  • 01 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Other Ingredients: other ingredients
  • Burger Buns halved- 04 nos.
  • tbsp Mayonnaise â 02 for applying
  • Filling for the
  • leaves Lettuce trimmed to fit the burger bun- 04 nos.
  • Tomato thinly sliced- 02 nos.
  • Cheddar Cheese slices- 04 nos.
  • Accompaniments: accompaniments
  • 12 leaves Lettuce ice berg any available nos
  • slices Tomato oven roasted 04 nos
  • 100 gm Gherkins pickled
  • French Fries fried- for serving


  • In a large glass bowl, combine chicken mince, curry paste, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs and coriander, ground peppercorns & salt. Mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 04 patties of 1 cm (½Ã¢â‚¬Â thickness). Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan fry patties on each side for 05 to 08 minutes or until patties are cooked.
  • Apply Mayonnaise on the burger buns, which are cut into halves horizontally.
  • Serve warm on burger bun with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese accompanied with Ice berg Lettuce, Oven Roasted tomato slices, pickled gherkins & Fried French fries.

Recipe Notes

  • Place the lettuce in Ice cold water / Chilled water so that it remains crisp.
