  • In a large glass bowl, combine chicken mince, curry paste, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs and coriander, ground peppercorns & salt. Mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 4 patties of 1 cm (½ inch thickness). Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan fry patties on each side for 05 to 08 minutes or until patties are cooked.
  • Apply Mayonnaise on the burger buns, which are cut into halves horizontally.
  • Serve warm on burger bun with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese accompanied with Ice berg Lettuce, Oven Roasted tomato slices, pickled gherkins & Fried French fries.

Recipe Notes

  • Place the lettuce in Ice cold water / Chilled water so that it remains crisp.
