About Chicken Burger

Ingredients
For Chicken Patties
- 1/2 tbsp Curry Paste
- 300 gm Chicken minced
- 45 gm Bread Crumbs
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Eggs lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
- 01 tsp Black Peppercorns freshly ground
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
For Shallow Frying
- 01 tbsp Olive Oil
Other Ingredients
- 4 Burger Buns halved
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
For the Filling
- 4 leaves Lettuce trimmed to fit the burger bun
- 2 Tomato thinly sliced
- 4 Cheddar Cheese slices
Accompaniments
- 12 leaves Lettuce ice berg or any available
- 4 slices Tomato oven roasted
- 100 gm Gherkins pickled
- 1 cup French Fries for serving

Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine chicken mince, curry paste, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs and coriander, ground peppercorns & salt. Mix well.
- Shape mixture into 4 patties of 1 cm (½ inch thickness). Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Pan fry patties on each side for 05 to 08 minutes or until patties are cooked.
- Apply Mayonnaise on the burger buns, which are cut into halves horizontally.
- Serve warm on burger bun with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese accompanied with Ice berg Lettuce, Oven Roasted tomato slices, pickled gherkins & Fried French fries.
Recipe Notes
- Place the lettuce in Ice cold water / Chilled water so that it remains crisp.
