Fruits and yoghurt parafit are a quick and gluten free and healthy breakfast!!.
Yield / Serves
1 cup black currant flavoured yoghurt
1 cup mango flavoured yoghurt
1 Apple cleaned and chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 peach chopped
1/2cup raw oats
Few Prune's for garnish
Soak raw oats with black currant flavoured yoghurt for 5 to 8 mins
Spoon all the oats mixture on bottom of the glass.
Then add half of the chopped fruits.
Then top with mango flavoured yoghurt.
Add rest of the chopped fruits.And garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seed and prune's.
