Quick and healthy breakfast. When we are in hurry we can try this diet. Just make a batter with adding 2 cup oat flour and butter milk.

- 2 cup oat flour
- 1⅓ glass butter milk
- 1 Pinch salt

Instructions
- Just make a batter with adding 2 cup oat flour and butter milk.
- Slowly add butter milk and keep on stirring to make a perfect consistency.
- If you need you can add pinch of salt.
- In otherside heat the appam maker and give a oil brush.
- Now pour the batter. There should be little gap to make it double size and fluppy.
- Then turn other side and see how it is baked.
- Serve with rasam/sambar/chutney or whatever you like.
