Instructions
Just make a batter with adding 2 cup oat flour and butter milk.
Slowly add butter milk and keep on stirring to make a perfect consistency.
If you need you can add pinch of salt.
In otherside heat the appam maker and give a oil brush.
Now pour the batter. There should be little gap to make it double size and fluppy.
Then turn other side and see how it is baked.
Serve with rasam/sambar/chutney or whatever you like.
