Ingredients
- Semolina/ Rawa Or suji 1-2 cups
- Butter milk 1 cup or curd 1 cup
- Green chillies chopped 1-2
- Salt
- Oil for shallow frying
- Mix veggies finely chopped onion, tomato, carrot ,cucumber ,pumpkin, 1-2 cups
- Baking soda 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves 10-12 chopped

Instructions
- Above mentioned all ingredients along with suji and mixed veggies
- In a mixing bowl take all above mentioned ingredients and keep covered for next 5 minutes ...
- After a while add baking soda and mix gently
- Heat Appam pan and add some oil in each cavity
- Fill each cavity half of it's level with ready batter . Cook from one side and turn it to cook from other side too ...add some more oil if required
- Yummy , Instant Suji Appams are ready to serve
- Serve hot immediately with coconut Chatni or tomato sauce and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
