Ingredients
  

  • 10 Fresh roses
  • 1 tbsp Sugar - & 1/2 tbsp more
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 1 glass Coconut water - Fresh
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 cup Ice - crushed
  • 2 Lemon slices
  • 3 to 4 Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take washed roses in a large bowl add lemon juice and sugar. Then lid the bowl and keep under sunlight for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours add this mixture in mixi jar and make a fine paste. Now make juice from pomegranate.
  • Take a large bowl the add rose mixture, coconut water, pomegranate juice and salt then mix well.
  • Add crushed ice and leave it for 10 minutes. Then strain the mixture in another bowl. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
