Moong Sprouts And Spinach Salad

  • 20 leaves of baby spinach
  • 150 gm cottage cheese
  • 2 cup moong sprouts
  • 2 no chopped green chili
  • 4 no tomato cut in cubes
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black paper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • wash the spinach leaves and put them in iced water, cut the paneer in small cubes.
  • Drain the water of spinach then mix all the ingredients instead of salt, add lemon juice. Before serving mix salt and serve chilled.


you can also add red, yellow bell paper .
