How i want to pick cauliflower leaves & bring it home whenever somebody throws it while buying cauliflower in the market because they are not sold separately in the market. Every time you need to buy a cauliflower for leaves. It not only tastes good but is also very healthy & nutritious . So don't throw it next time. Here I am sharing a very simple & few ingredients sabzi recipe.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower Greens / Phool gobhi ke patte : 250 gm
- Finally Chopped Green Chillies : 1 tsp / as per taste
- Finally Chopped Garlic : 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Oil : 1 tsp
- Salt
- Potato : 1 [optional]

Instructions
- Wash & roughly chop cauliflower greens. Peel, wash & cut potato in cubes.
- Heat a wok. Put 1 tsp oil in it. Let it heat for 2min. Add asafoetida & then chili & garlic. Once the garlic turns brown add choped vegetables.
- Add salt & mix well. Cook covered on medium flame for 15 min. Keep stirring in between.
- Serve hot with roti aur paratha.basic
Notes
- Wash leaves throughly & dicard any yellow part in leaf.
- Remove hard stems of the leaves because they become chewy when cooked & also take lot of time to cook.
