Cucumber Salad In Greek Yogurt
About Cucumber Salad In Greek Yogurt
This Cucumber Salad in Greek Yogurt is to die for. And here is the answer, My husband who is a big time foodie is much forced to eat healthy stuff from a health-conscious wife that is me. As usual, I was expecting a big No to this salad also and was gearing up to give another 30 minutes session on healthy food and eating. I would do all the drama and lecture to make sure that he eats good and healthy stuff at least at home but he Said "ITS NICE" and took another serving, that means it was really nice. I will here narrate another funny incident, He loves mouth fresher and can finish one bottle of it in a day and I know that cranberries are must for him so I added them in his mouth fresher bottle. He was irritated of course he can't fight with me so he wrote "THIS is CHEAP" on the Bottle and I replied him in his style by writing back on the bottle "U Forced Me" You got to see the picture of this. I have added it in one of the photos below. Ok Too much of skirmishes between husband and wife let me share the recipe of this amazing salad

Instructions
- Clean and wash the English cucumber, you can use the normal Indian cucumber but it has seeds so I would prefer this anytime than the Indian cucumber. Thin Slice them.
- Slice Onion and crush the garlic pods.
- Add greek Yogurt, I got it from the market and it was a bit sweet in taste. You can also use HomeMade Hung Curd but would have to add some sugar to give that sweetness.
- Put Cucumber, Onion, Lemon Juice, crushed garlic and salt and pepper. Toss it well.
- Add Greek Yogurt and stir it with the help of spoon at the edges of the bowl without breaking cucumber.
- Add 10-15 full mint leaves (Do not Chop them). Keep it in the fridge and serve cold.
Recipe Notes
- You can also add Dill leaves as per original recipe but I could not find the same so did not put it.
