School going children and teen ages girls and boys should take healthy food. I am sharing this paratha with with less oil, which will not harm and definitely it is healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup Mixed Millet Flour
- cup Paste (green)
- ¼ cup Peas (mashed)
- cup Veggies (mixed)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder (roasted)
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Make a dough with mixed millet, wheat flour, green leaves paste and salt. Then keep aside.
- Boil the green peas, strain the water and roughly mash, then keep aside
- Take a pan heat oil, add onion, ginger, garlic paste. Then add mashed green peas, salt, finely chopped radish, carrot, cabbage, green chillies, roasted coriander powder and garam masala. Stir for a few minutes then it will ready to fill.
- Now divide the dough in equal sizes then spread to fill. After filling again spread for paratha. Brush with little oil then bake the paratha. It can be served in breakfast or tiffin. Easy to carry for school/ college/ office/ picnic etc.
