Arvi/Colosia Takatak /Spicy Arvi Masala
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Arvi/ 1/2 Kg arvi
- 1 tbsp Carom Seeds ajvain
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder dry
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions
- wash n hard boil the arvi,peel and cur into two.
- heat the oil (you can also use deshi ghee)add carom seed,,saute the onion
- add green chili,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder cook it 2 minute ,add arvi and mix well in spices.
- add mango powder,black pepper powder lemon juice cook for 5 minute with stirring.
- switch the flame garnish with coriander serve hot with paratha .
