Ingredients
  

  • arvi/ 1/2 kg
  • ajvain /carom seeds 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • finely chopped onion 1 large no.
  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • wash n hard boil the arvi,peel and cur into two.
  • heat the oil (you can also use deshi ghee)add carom seed,,saute the onion
  • add green chili,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder cook it 2 minute ,add arvi and mix well in spices.
  • add mango powder,black pepper powder lemon juice cook for 5 minute with stirring.
  • switch the flame garnish with coriander serve hot with paratha .
