Ingredients
- 250 gm baby potato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon chana dal
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon tamarind paste
- Pinch of hing
- Few curry leaves
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Sprinkle with smoked chilli flakes
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes and keep separate. Add oil on a preheated pan, add mustard seeds, chana dal and hing stir for a few seconds. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves then chopped onion and green chillies.
- Stir a few seconds, add red chilli powder, boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix well then pour 1/2 glass of water and cover with lid.
- After 5 minutes see it is thickening add salt, smoked chilli flakes and tamarind paste. Again cook for a minute and serve with whatever you like.
