Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Baby Potatoes (boiled)
- 1 / Homemade Cream (malai - cup)
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tsp Cumin Seeds (zeera)
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1-2 tsp Salt (red chili powder - as per taste, or as per taste)
- 1 pcs Red Chillies (dried)
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi

Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan and dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seed, dried red chili, garlic, ginger for 2-3 min on medium flame.
- Remove from heat and cool down and grind these in mixer grinder to form a paste.
- Add this masala paste in the boiled potatoes. Add rest of the ingredients except cream and mix everything well so that all the masala coat the potatoes nicely.
- Transfer the masala potatoes in a baking dish and place it in preheated airfryer. Air fry at 180 degrees for 3 min for the first time. After 3 min, add cream and mix it well. Again put back in airfryer and bake at
- Once the potatoes are crisp and gets nice golden crust, then serve immediately.

Wow what a lovely recipe, your video leaves me drooling. I love it. What I really liked was the unique way of making the masala. I don’t have Airfryer, can I bake it in Oven? What would be the baking parameters.
