Curry leaf is one of the best ayurvedic method to get rid of accumulated fat in your body. It is proven that curry leaf can help reduce triglyceride and cholesterol level and help to reduce obesity.
It eliminates harmful toxins and fats from the body and help improve digestion. If you don't have time to prepare this drink just eat 7 to 8 full-grown curry leaves in empty stomach. This helps in weight reduction.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Curry leave
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Wash curry leaves in plenty of water.
  • Grind it with salt and water. Now filter it in a bowl.
  • Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder and stir well. Can add ice cubes if needed. Take it in empty stomach. Can feel the weight reduction in few days.

Notes

  1. Can add or reduce the amount of honey and salt 
  2. Lemon is added so that the raw smell from curry leaves is reduced
  3. As we add cinnamon it will give a flavor and also helps in quick weight loss
