- 100 gm Curry leave
- 200 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1-2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Cinnamon

Instructions
- Wash curry leaves in plenty of water.
- Grind it with salt and water. Now filter it in a bowl.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder and stir well. Can add ice cubes if needed. Take it in empty stomach. Can feel the weight reduction in few days.

- Can add or reduce the amount of honey and salt
- Lemon is added so that the raw smell from curry leaves is reduced
