Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Curry leave
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1-2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Wash curry leaves in plenty of water.
  • Grind it with salt and water. Now filter it in a bowl.
  • Add honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon powder and stir well. Can add ice cubes if needed. Take it in empty stomach. Can feel the weight reduction in few days.

Notes

  1. Can add or reduce the amount of honey and salt 
  2. Lemon is added so that the raw smell from curry leaves is reduced
  3. As we add cinnamon it will give a flavor and also helps in quick weight loss
