Indian style, very easy and simple watermelon salad, which is the best body coolant in summers and loaded with health benefits which include: hydrating the body, lowering of inflammation and oxidative stress, improving skin, hair and digestion.
Water Melon 4 cup diced and seed removed
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Mint Leaves 10 - 12
Black salt according to taste
Crushed Black pepper 1/2 Tea spoon
In a bowl take diced watermelon add lemon juice, black salt ,chopped mint leaves and crushed black pepper. Toss all the ingredients gently.
Keep in a refrigerator. Serve Chilled
