This recipe for instant mango kulfi takes short cuts, using canned sweetened condensed milk and fresh cream!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 50 ml condensed milk
- 1 green Cardamom

Instructions
- Place all ingridents together in a blender and blend into smooth mixture
- Transfer the mixture to kulfi mould and freeze it for 1hours
- Unmould the kulfi by showing the kulfi moulds under the running water for some seconds,remove gently the kulfi
- Serve it immediately before it melts down
