This recipe for instant mango kulfi takes short cuts, using canned sweetened condensed milk and fresh cream!
1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
150ml fresh cream
50ml condensed milk
1 green Cardamom
Place all ingridents together in a blender and blend into smooth mixture
Transfer the mixture to kulfi mould and freeze it for 1hours
Unmould the kulfi by showing the kulfi moulds under the running water for some seconds,remove gently the kulfi
Serve it immediately before it melts down
