About this Recipe

This is a Indian recipe. Our school children like macaroni. So we can feed them green vegetables through soup.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 bowl boiled macaroni
  • 1 cup boiled neutrals
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 6-8 basil leaves
  • 2 tsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp orange,
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • Coconut milk
  • Salt to taste

How to cook?
  1. Take a sauce pan Heat and add water come to boil. Then add chopped capsicum and boiled neutrals.
  2. Season with black pepper and salt cook for five minutes. Add corn flour paste, tomato puree, lemon juice and boiled macaroni.
  3. Serve with basil, oregano, red chilli flakes Coconut Milk.
