  • 250 gm Macaroni boiled
  • 1 Egg plant cut into pieces
  • 10 to 12 Beans 1 inches long cuts
  • 1/2 Capsicum slices
  • 1/2 Zucchini slices
  • 2 tbsp Tom yum paste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • Lemon grass
  • Lemon leaves
  • Soya bean oil as required
  • Salt to taste


  • Take a sauce pan add one and half glass of water let boil and add all vegetables. Lemon grass and lemon leaves cook all together.
  • Now take a frying pan heat oil add garlic paste and Tom yum paste. Add cooked vegetables and boiled macaroni. Cook for a minute. Add salt and lemon juice.
  • Serve hot Tom yum macaroni.
