Ingredients
- 250 gm Macaroni (boiled)
- 1 Egg plant ( cut into pieces)
- 10 to 12 Beans (1 inches long cuts)
- 1/2 Capsicum (slices)
- 1/2 Zucchini (slices)
- 2 tbsp Tom yum paste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- Lemon grass
- Lemon leaves
- Soya bean oil (as required)
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Take a sauce pan add one and half glass of water let boil and add all vegetables. Lemon grass and lemon leaves cook all together.
- Now take a frying pan heat oil add garlic paste and Tom yum paste. Add cooked vegetables and boiled macaroni. Cook for a minute. Add salt and lemon juice.
- Serve hot Tom yum macaroni.
