Millet cake This healthy cake is made by millet flour, no sugar, no dairy products, no processed food, no icing, no glamour and no cream. Those who are health conscious they can try this easy and simple cake. It can be baked with sand. In early time there was no technology.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp jowar flour
  • 2 tbsp bajra flour
  • 2 tbsp ragi flour
  • 6 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp venila extract
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • Handful raisin
  • Handful blueberry
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add mixed millet and wheat flour then mix. Add cinnamon powder, ginger powder, pinch of salt, olive oil, carrot, raisin, blueberry and coconut milk.

  • Mix all together and make a thick consistency then grease the mould. Pour the batter into the mould then bake with sand or as you comfort.

  • It will take hardly 15 to 20 minutes then take out from the mould and see the softness how it is done.
