Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour refine
- 1 cup Flour bengal
- 1/2 tsp Carom
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 2-3 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder dried
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Oil as required
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a soft dough with bengal gram flour, refine flour, salt and oil. Keep aside.
- Take a frying pan heat oil, add carom, asafoetida, chopped green chilli & chopped ginger, saute. Add 2 tsp bengal gram flour. Flame should be slow stir fry till brown & aroma comes out. Turn off the flame, let it cool add 2 tsp water, make a paste.
- Now spread the dough and layer with the paste. Cut diagonally both end should not cut.
- Role on the strips and fold.
- Give a round shape like jalebi (Indian dessert). Again spread with light pressure.
- Shallow fry like paratha. Again press with both hands. Sprinkle with chat masala and mango powder. Serve hot crispy.
Recipe Notes
It is very good in taste. Inside soft outside crispy.
