Ingredients
- 2 cup Macaroni (add some oil and salt while boiling)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 3 Green Chillies (slit)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- ¾ tsp Oregano (dried )
- 1/2 tsp Basil (dried)
- 1-2 tsp Black Pepper Powder (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute it for 1-2 mins. Add bell pepper and again saute till both are done.
- Now add dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder, green chillies, salt. Mix it.
- Add boiled macaroni, mix well and saute it for 2-3 mins.
- Transfer it to the microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it. Microwave it for 2-3 mins.
- Tip : You can also use roasted bell peppers. It will give better flavour.
