  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute it for 1-2 mins. Add bell pepper and again saute till both are done.
  • Now add dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder, green chillies, salt. Mix it.
  • Add boiled macaroni, mix well and saute it for 2-3 mins.
  • Transfer it to the microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it. Microwave it for 2-3 mins.
  • Tip : You can also use roasted bell peppers. It will give better flavour.
