Yield / Serves
Boiled Macaroni â€“ 2 Cups (Add some oil and salt while boiling)
Red Bell Pepper â€“ 1 (cut into strips)
Green Bell Pepper â€“ 1 (cut into strips)
Onion â€“ 1 (sliced)
Green Chillies â€“ 3 slit
Salt â€“ to taste
Dried Oregano â€“ Â¾ tsp
Dried Basil â€“ Â½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder â€“ to taste
Olive Oil â€“ 1 Â½ tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese â€“ Â¼ Cup (grated)
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and sautÃ© it for 1-2 mins. Add bell pepper and again sautÃ© till both are done.
Now add dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder, green chillies, salt. Mix it.
Add boiled macaroni, mix well and sautÃ© it for 2-3 mins.
Transfer it to the microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it. Microwave it for 2-3 mins.
Tip : You can also use roasted bell peppers. It will give better flavour.
