Lahori paneer tikka is very easy and tasty. We can get this ready made masala. This masala contains wheat corn, gram flour, salt, red chili, dehydrated onion, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, citric acid, caraway, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, carom, methodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, sugar, canola oil, silicon dioxide, dried mango powder, leavening agent, sodium bicarbonate, sesame, mustered and tree nuts.

- 7 pieces paneer rectangular shape
- 1 tablespoon Lahori seasoning mix
- 1 cup Mint sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
- Oil as required for shallow fry

Instructions
- Make a thick batter with seasoning mix powder.
- Paneer pieces should be marinated with the batter and shallow fry. Turn both sides till brown.
- Serve with tomato sauce and mint sauce.
Notes
- Serve hot and soft.
