A perfect day to make these Crispy Potato Roses. Perfect crispy edges, well baked potatoes with Italian seasoning and lots of butter. A truly gorgeous side dish to have with your loved ones on this Rose day.

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Salt

Instructions
- Grease the muffin pan with some melted and keep aside.
- Preheat oven to 200 degress Celsius.
- Wash and peel potatoes.
- Slice them using a mandolin slicer or vegetable peeler.
- In a small bowl add melted butter, seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
- Arrange 10-12 potato slices partially overlapped, lenghwise, in a row.
- Brush the row of potatoes with seasoned butter.
- Starting with the first slice, roll carefully holding on to all the slices to get a beautiful rosebud.
- Place the rose in the cup of the muffin pan.
- Make rest of the roses in the same way.
- Bake for 30 to 35 mins, untill the edges turn brown and crisp and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Remove from oven serve immediately with any dip of your choice.

Make a rose that fits in your muffin pan.
