Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer
- 100 gm Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste or ginger, or garlic ginger garlic
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Onions sliced medium
- 2 Tomato pureed medium
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 100 gm Cream fresh
- 2 tbsp Butter or oil oil or
- 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped finely
- to cup Coriander chopped garnish
- 2 tsp Cashews roughly chopped

Instructions
- Cut the paneer into small cubes.
- Temper the mustard seeds and shut off the flame and add jeera powder, bell pepper, Coriander powder and 1 teaspoon garam masala to it.
- Take half of the mix and add to the curd.
- Add the ginger garlic chilli paste, salt and mix well.
- Add this to the paneer cubes and marinate it for about 1-2 hours in the fridge.
- Heat a pan and add oil to it. Add the sliced onions and fry till light brown.
- Add the remaining masala mix , red chilli powder and the tomato puree.Let cook till it looks well fried.
- Add about 300 ml water and chopped cashews.
- Let it boil on slow.Meanwhile grill the paneer in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Add this marinade to the boiling gravy.
- Add remaining garam masala and adjust all seasonings. Add fresh cream and let it come to a boil.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with a naan, ghee paratha or boiled jeera rice.
