Keema ball with rice Keema kaleji is a good combination. I made the keema balls with adding kaleji then covered with rice. I made keema masala with roasted whole spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm keema
  • 150 gm kaleji
  • 100 gm soaked rice
  • 2 tbsp grated papaya
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp keema masala
  • 2 tbsp chickpea flour
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add keema, grated papaya, tomato paste, chickpeas flour, Keema masala and salt.

  • Mix all together then put it kaleji piece inside the mixed keema. Give round shape and cover with soaked rice.

  • Steam the balls then serve with chutney.
