  • 3/4 cup Poha Flaked Rice
  • 1/4 cup Gram Bhuna Chana/ Chana Dal (roasted)
  • 1/3 cup Jaggery Jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 2 teaspoon Nuts Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts
  • 2 pod Cardamom


  • Dry roast poha and chana for few min on lowest flame till crispy. Once roasted, cool down a bit.
  • Melt desi ghee and fry nuts. Remove the nuts from ghee.
  • In a mixer grinder jar, add roasted poha, roasted chana, jaggery, fried buts, cardamom and grind to form fine powder.
  • Add the powder in melted ghee and prepare ladoos.
  • Store at room temperature in an air tight box.
