Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Poha Flaked Rice
- 1/4 cup Gram Bhuna Chana/ Chana Dal (roasted)
- 1/3 cup Jaggery Jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 2 teaspoon Nuts Almonds, Cashew, Walnuts
- 2 pod Cardamom

Instructions
- Dry roast poha and chana for few min on lowest flame till crispy. Once roasted, cool down a bit.
- Melt desi ghee and fry nuts. Remove the nuts from ghee.
- In a mixer grinder jar, add roasted poha, roasted chana, jaggery, fried buts, cardamom and grind to form fine powder.
- Add the powder in melted ghee and prepare ladoos.
- Store at room temperature in an air tight box.
