Poha/ Flaked Rice - 3/4 cup
Bhuna Chana/ Roasted Chana/ Chana Dal - 1/4 cup
Jaggery/ Jaggery powder - 1/3 cup
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp
Nuts (Almonds, Cashewnuts, Walnuts) - 2 tsp
Cardamom - 2 pods
Dry roast poha and chana for few min on lowest flame till crispy. Once roasted, cool down a bit. Melt desi ghee and fry nuts. Remove the nuts from ghee.
In a mixer grinder jar, add roasted poha, roasted chana, jaggery, fried buts, cardamom and grind to form fine powder. Add the powder in melted ghee and prepare ladoos.
Store at room temperature in an air tight box.
