Ingredients
- 1 bowl pineapple cubes
- 25 gm jaggery
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated turmeric
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1/2 cup guava juice
- Lemon juice
- Pink salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil the pineapple with little water. Then add jaggery, grated ginger, grated turmeric, black pepper and pink salt.
- Cook with lid unit get soft. Then add poppy seeds. Switch off the flame and squeeze lemon juice. Pineapple chutney is to serve.
